We did not have major issues in our 5 year contract with BioGenex. The equipment worked well with proper annual maintenance of BioGenex. We feel that i6000 can generate the similar quality as the equipment of other vendors such as Dako, Biocare, etc. The major advantage of i6000 is its capability each run: It can run 60 tests per run while the equipment of other vendors’ capacity is less than that of i6000.  This is one of main reasons that we selected i6000 equipment.
