The BioGenex eFISH BIRC3/MALT1 Dual Color Dual Fusion Probe is designed to be used for the detection of the translocation t(11;18)(q21;q21) in formalin-fixed, paraffinembedded tissue or cells by fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH).
BioGenex eFISH BIRC3/MALT1 Dual Color Dual Fusion Probe comes in hybridization buffer. The probe contains green-labeled polynucleotides (Green: excitation at 503 nm and emission at 528 nm, similar to FTC), which target the BIRC3 gene region in 11q22.1-q22.2, and orange labeled polynucleotides (Orange: excitation at 547 nm and emission at 572 nm, similar to rhodamine), which target the MALT1 gene region in 18q21.31-q21.32.
