Anti-Tumor-Associated Glycoprotein (TAG-90) Clone B6.2 identifies a 90 kD glycoprotein in mammary carcinomas, metastatic lymph nodes, lung carcinomas, and adenocarcinomas. This Tumor-Associated Glycoprotein (TAG-90) antibody reacts intensely with tumor cells, and yet does not cross react with cells in normal tissue. This antibody reacts equally with breast cancer, breast fibroadenoma, lobular carcinoma of the breast, duct carcinoma of the breast, and lung carcinoma. It also reacts with gastric and papillary adenocarcinomas, and adenocarcinoma of the colon, ovary, pancreas, lung and prostate.
