Anti-Ribonucleoprotein (RNP)
Monoclonal antibody 58-15 is one such antibody that recognizes a 36 kD nuclear antigen that is organized into discrete 20-80 nm electron-dense nuclear granules. Immunohistochemical analyses in a variety of different tumor indicate that antinuclear monoclonal antibodies may be useful for probing the cell cycle dependent modulation of nuclear antigens.
