Anti-PDCD4
Programmed cell death 4 (PDCD4) encoded by PDCD4 gene, a novel tumour suppressor, inhibits cell migration, invasion and cell proliferation, induces cell apoptosis in tumours. The molecular mechanism behind its tumour-suppression remains unknown. Programmed cell death 4 encodes a protein that binds to the eukaryotic translation initiation factor 4A1 and inhibits its function by preventing RNA binding
