Anti-p16 + Ki67
P16/INK4A is a tumor-suppressor protein and that genetic and epigenetic abnormalities in genes controlling the G1 checkpoint can lead to both escape from senescence and cancer formation. Ki67 is a nuclear protein that is associated with and may be necessary for cellular proliferation. P16/Ki67 antibody cocktail is helpful to assess cervical biopsies for HPV-associated lesions.
