Anti- MSH2
MutS Homolog 2 (MSH2) is a DNA mismatch repair (MMR) protein involved in the recognition and repair of DNA replication errors, including base-base mismatches and insertion–deletion loops. MSH2 forms heterodimeric complexes with MSH6 or MSH3 and plays a central role in maintaining genomic stability. Loss of MSH2 expression is associated with deficient mismatch repair (dMMR) and microsatellite instability (MSI), which are characteristic features of several malignancies, particularly colorectal and endometrial carcinomas associated with Lynch syndrome.
