Anti-B Cell clone MB2 reacts with a cytoplasmic antigen present in all B cells with the exception of plasma cells. It also reacts with endothelial cells and various types of epithelial cells. MB2 shows no reaction with T lymphocytes or thymocytes. A faint staining may occur when using frozen sections containing T cells. MB2 is not suitable for immunolabeling of living or unfixed cells.
