Anti- ARID1A
ARID1A plays an essential role in proper germ-layer formation during gastrulation. It is also critical for ES cell pluripotency and differentiation into mesoderm-derived cardiomyocytes and adipocytes. In addition, ARID1A has been found to be frequently mutated in several carcinomas such as epithelial carcinoma, gastric cancer, uterine and ovarian endometrioid carcinoma and ovarian clear cell carcinoma.
