ALU Probe II
The Alu II probe detects Alu repeat sequences of human DNA present in formalin fixed,paraffin-embedded human tissues by in situ hybridization. Alu, an important group of widely distributed sequence repeats in the human genome, provides a positive control for in situ hybridization detection system. BioGenex automated insitu hybridization technique will allow the detection of Alu in various human tissues.
