eFISH Probes

In the eFISH procedure, fixed tissue sections are pretreated to expose target DNA or RNA sequences. Appropriately labeled probes hybridize to the exposed target DNA or RNA sequences in cells, and the following stringent washing steps remove non-specific binding. Subsequently, slides are mounted using DAPI/antifade and can be visualized under a fluorescence microscope using the appropriate filter set. BioGenex provides a whole catalog of eFISH probes as well as automated systems
