EZ-Retriever® System Overview

EZ-Retriever®System is a microwave-based antigen retrieval pre-treatment system invented by BioGenex. It is used for dewaxing, rehydration and antigen retrieval of formalin fixed paraffin embedded (FFPE) tissue sections to enhance exposure of antigenic epitopes.

This system not only resolves the issues of inconsistency due to different types of antigen retrieval methods by applying different maximum microwave power levels, solution volumes and heating time but also facilitates the standardization of dewaxing and antigen protocols for high quality and reproducible staining.

i6000™ Diagnostics Overview

i6000™Diagnostics is a multiplex IHC system that is adaptable, efficientandcost-effectivefor clinical sample testing in pathology laboratories. It is a high-throughput system with staining capacity of 200 slides in 8 hours (8 hrs does not add up)(60 slides in 3 hours) using barcoded slides and reagent vials to minimize hands-on time and data entry errors.

The system has a predictable cost structure and short learning curve to enhance cross training and personnel rotation. We have optimized more than 300 protocols with our ready-to-use reagents for i6000 Elite Dx to assure clean, intense and reproducible staining results.

NanoMtrx® 100 Overview

NanoMtrx® 100 is a 10 slide, compact fully-automated bench-top open system with the industry’s smallest footprint.

This fully-automated pathology workstation for immunohistochemistry (IHC) and in situ hybridization (ISH) uses a proprietary micro-chamber® modular design that ensures uniform, consistent, and reproducible stains. The gentle wash and blow-dry steps ensure that there is no tissue lift-up during processing.  With 10 temperature – controlled micro-chambers® and reduced automation steps, the NanoMtrx100 gives a fast turnaround time of 2.5 hours for 10 slides.
