Tissue Pre-Treatment and Nucleic Acid Retrieval
BioGenex pioneers in the tissue pre-treatment and nucleic acid retrieval methods and offers numerous products in this area. The nucleic acid retrieval technique is a novel method for dewaxing and unmasking target nucleic acids in formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue sections. It consists of a series of heating steps in a microwave oven in the presence of the Nucleic Acid Retrieval Solution 1. With quality and efficiency in mind, these products deliver superior in-situ hybridization staining quality in an easy-to-use and eco-friendly manner. Our EZ-DeWax solution removes paraffin and allows rehydration of the tissue with a single reagent and avoids the use of toxic chemicals such as xylene-based reagents.
